ROCHESTER, NY - Senior Natalie Snyder (Rockville, MD/Rockville) of the RIT women's swimming and diving team was named the Liberty League Women's Diver of the Week on Monday, for the week ending Feb. 21, 2016. It is Snyder's third weekly honor of the 2015-16 season and fourth of her career.

Snyder won the 1-meter diving event on Thursday and placed third on Saturday in the 3-meter diving competition at the 2016 UNYSCSA Championships, hosted by Ithaca College. On Thursday, Snyder claimed victory in the 1-meter event, recording a score of 439.60 in the finals to win by five points over Anna Belson of Ithaca. On Saturday, Snyder recorded a score of 450.85 in the prelims earlier in the day, posting a score of 446.30 in the finals to finish third.

Snyder competes at the 2016 NCAA Regional Diving Championship from SUNY Cortland on Friday and Saturday. Women's competition begins at 2 p.m. Friday and 12 p.m. Saturday.
