2010: Competed in three cross country events and track and field … placed ninth overall with a time of 18:55 at the Empire 8 Championship to help propel RIT to second place … earned all-Empire 8 second team honors … recorded a season-best time of 18:52 at the NYSCTC Championship.
2008-09: Part of the winning 4x400-meter relay, earning All-Empire 8 first team honors at the indoor championships in a time of 4:12.13 ... earned All-Empire 8 second team honors during the outdoor season in the 800-meter in a time of 2:21.12 ... won the 400-meter dash at the Tiger Invitational in 1:02.80.
2007-08: Competed in both cross country and track and field ... recorded a top cross country time of 19:35 at the Albany Invitational ... earned All-Empire 8 Indoor Track and Field second team honors in the 4x400-meter relay.
2006-07: Earned All-Empire 8 second team honors in cross country ... part of record-setting indoor and outdoor 4x400-meter and distance medley relay teams ... earned All-Empire 8 honors in five different relay events ... named to the Empire 8 President’s List.
