CENTERVILLE, MA - Senior starboard #Emily Burns (Annapolis, MD/Broadneck)# of the RIT women's crew team, and senior starboard/port #Chris Guerra ( West Seneca, NY/Canisius)# of the men's crew team, were named to the 2012 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) National Invitational Rowing Championships All-Conference teams on Thursday, May 24.

"Chris and Emily epitomize the Division III student athlete," said RIT Head Coach Jim Bodenstedt. "They are very good students, leaders among their teammates, and, as seniors, have demonstrated throughout their academic careers how rowing at RIT has enhanced their college experience. I am proud of all the hard strokes they rowed for Tiger pride and of their selection to the 2012 ECAC National Invitational Rowing Championships All-Conference Teams."
