ROCHESTER, NY -- Notre Dame College won the 43rd Annual RIT Wrestling Invitational on Saturday at Clark Gymnasium. Notre Dame was first out of 13 teams with a team score of 163.5 points. RIT placed sixth with a team score of 65 points.
Notre Dame College had four individual weight class winners. Adam Koballa (141), Jeff Pelton (149), Thomas Straughn (157) and Victer Crenshaw (165) all took home championships in their respective weight classes.

#Mike McInally (Bergen, NY/Byron-Bergen)# (Bergen, NY/Byron-Bergen) was the champion at 125 pounds. The top-seeded McInally defeated #2 Dan Bloom from Wesleyan University 6-2 in the championship bout. He won his four matches by a combined score of 41-10.
#Luke Baum (Ontario, NY/Wayne)# (Ontario, NY/Wayne) took second at 141 pounds. Baum, the third seed, lost to Adam Koballa of Notre Dame College 5-2 in the championship match.
#Jason Wake (Delhi, NY/Delaware Academy)# (Delhi, NY/Delaware Academy) took second at 165 pounds. Wake, the hrid seed, lost to Victer Crenshaw 7-2 in the championships.
RIT will face Empire Conference rival Ithaca College on Thursday evening at 7 pm in Ithaca, New York.
