ROCHESTER, NY - Junior #Mike McInally (Bergen, NY/Byron-Bergen)# (Bergen, NY/Byron-Bergen) of the RIT wrestling team was named the Empire Conference Wrestler of the Week on Monday for the week ending November, 23, 2008. 

McInally won all four of his matches to earn first place at the 2008 Oneonta Red Dragon Invitational in dominating fashion on Saturday. He opened with a technical fall win, then moved to the semifinals with a 16-2 major decision victory. McInally defeated Carl Anderson of WPI, 7-0 in the semifinals before securing a 6-1 win over Jared Lemke of Niagara Community College. McInally is now 5-0 this season and 73-17 for his career.

The Tigers are back in action on Saturday, December 6, as they host the RIT Invitational.  The full-day events is at Clark Gym and starts at 9:30 a.m.
