ROCHESTER, NY - Seniors Ryan Tryt (Fulton, NY/G. Ray Bodley) and Matt George (Walton, NY/Walton) of the RIT baseball team earned 2008 CO-SIDA ESPN The Magazine Academic District I All-Region honors on Friday. Tryt earned first team honors, while George was a second team selection. Tryt is now eligible for Academic All-American honors, which will be released later in the month.

2008 ECAC Upstate Baseball Tournament Schedule Changed; Tigers to Play on Saturday and Sunday

ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT baseball team (22-12), winners of 16 of their last 17 contests, is the top seed in the 2008 ECAC Upstate Baseball Championship, and will play #5 SUNY Oswego (15-11) on Saturday morning at Damaschke Field in Oneonta, N.Y. at 10 a.m. The game was originally scheduled for Friday at 1 p.m., but was pushed back due to inclement weather in Oneonta.
