2007-08: Competed in both cross country and track … had a season-best time of 19:29 over the 5k course at the New York State Championships … finished 28th at the Empire 8 Championships … recorded a season-best time of 5:59.15 in the indoor mile … named to the Empire 8 President’s List for maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average.
2006-07: Competed in both cross country and track … had a season-best time of 21:52 over the 5k course at SUNY Albany … was third in the 1,500-meter run at the Battleground Relays … picked up a season-best time of 5:30.40 in the same event at the Yellowjacket meet … named to the Empire 8 President’s List.
Before RIT: Competed in cross-country, indoor and outdoor track at Lake Shore High School … two-time state qualifier for cross-country … captain in both cross country and track … four-time Erie County All-Star.
